Once a quarter, the participants meet digitally. The event format can vary. Impulse lectures, discussion rounds, workshops and keynotes will be part of DIGITEX Youngsters. Always with the aim of providing new impulses and supporting the industry in its digital transformation.

Das Netzwerk bietet für Unternehmen die Möglichkeit, ihre Nachwuchskräfte zu fördern und von einer geführten Kreativität nachhaltig zu profitieren. In der ersten Session der DIGITEX Youngsters ging es darum, andere junge Branchenakteurinnen und -akteure kennenzulernen. Erfolgsfaktoren auf digitalen Messen sowie der Aufbau zukünftiger digitaler Projekte wird auch in der zweiten Session den Rahmen bilden. Einen groben Ablaufplan finden Sie in der unteren Abbildung. Die zweite Session von DIGITEX Youngsters findet am 24.06.2021 von 15:00 - 17:00 Uhr statt.
Im Intro geht es darum, sich kennenzulernen - wer ist Teil der DIGITEX Youngsters? Welche Rollen bekleiden die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer in ihrem Unternehmen und welche Aufgaben übernehmen Sie im Hinblick auf das digitale Messejahr?
Digitale Messen sind zentraler Bestandteil des Konzepts hinter DIGITEX. Zwei Mal im Jahr treffen sich Branchenakteurinnen und -akteure in den digitalen Messehallen. Ein wesentlicher Erfolgsfaktor bei der Teilnahme ist dabei ist die Vorbereitung eines digitalen Events. Wie werden große Reichweiten geschaffen und wie kann ein erfolgsversprechendes Einladungsmanagement geplant werden? Diese zwei Leitfragen sind unter anderen Bestandteil dieser Phase.
Die DIGITEX Youngsters sollen zum Testgelände möglicher digitaler Entwicklungen werden. Der Austausch fördert die Kreativität und bringt neue Impulse mit in die Unternehmen. In einer Breakout-Session werden aktuelle und künftige Projektmöglichkeiten diskutiert.
Im Outro sprechen wir über einen Ausblick, über Feedback und die Weiterentwicklung des Formats DIGITEX Youngsters.
